Broker's Comments

Boatshed London are delighted to offer this Fairline 36 Sedan for sale.

Built in 1989 and re-engined only a few years ago, this particular example is in superb condition. With very low hours on the new Perkins units, the new owner can have peace of mind that they have two very reliable (and expensive) engines to rely on.

The boat has also been well cared for inside with new upholstery, new carpets, new mattresses and a new holding tank for the heads. The current owners have also spent £2,000 on new Raymarine navigation equipment to ensure this boat is fully up to date.

The boat was surveyed in May 2016 with no problems and the engines were also serviced this year too.

Fairline 36 Sedans are rare, but ever popular and one in this condition with these superb power units doesn't come along often so viewing is highly recommended.
