Broker's Comments

This Sundowner 36 is well-suited for Northwest family cruising or would be a comfortable and accommodating live-aboard.

I was impressed with several of the design features of this boat. The large master stateroom aft and the salon/dining/galley up on the pilothouse level is a unique and practical use of space. The large windows used throughout create a very open and well-lit sensation, and you can readily see the scenery outside.

I was also impressed with some small additions from an attentive owner, such as a mounted vacuum gauge and DC ammeter at the helm. The Xantrex panel shows the state of the batteries, which were installed July, 2014.

Sundowner tugs have a following of devoted owners for their sturdy build and classic design. It's a lovely boat and is a great vessel for joining the "trawler tug" culture.
