Broker's Comments

This 60ft narrowboat is on a transferable mooring at Lisson Grove. The boat needs a little work on the outside, but the interior offers a surprising amount of space, with a large cabin, bathroom and open-plan galley and saloon.

There is a large dining table that allows for an eight person seating. The table can be dismantled and cleverly stored on the deckhead.

There is a full-sized oven, grill and hob in the galley, with plenty of storage and a fridge/freezer.

The large bathroom has a full sized bath with overhead shower, a natural stone hand basin and composting loo.

One of the biggest virtues of this boat is the mooring. There is a vibrant, welcoming community of boaters at Lisson Grove, with both organised music events as well as informal gatherings. Included with the mooring is a small garden space directly opposite, which catches the sun throughout the day.

The mooring is managed by CRT, and consequently has lower mooring fees than many of the privately run moorings. Current fees are circa £850/m.

The boat currently has no engine. It was removed by a previous owner to create more storage space.

She was last out of the water in January 2023 for blacking and anodes. BSS expires in September 2025.
