Broker's Comments
Built in 2022 and briefly used as a weekend liveaboard, this Collingwood Widebeam cruiser presents herself well and appears to be in excellent condition.
The current owner commissioned the build and took delivery earlier in 2022 but has subsequently had a change of circumstances which means she is now available for sale.
This modern and spacious liveaboard cruiser offers a large open plan galley (kitchen) and saloon (lounge) area and would be ideally suited for a couple or family looking to live on board a boat or indeed use as the current owners have as a weekend 'getaway'.
Complete with custom made units and a granite work surface, the galley (kitchen) comes fully equipped with a large fridge freezer, washing machine, 4 burner gas hob, grill, oven, sink and of course hot and cold water!
The saloon (lounge) area is spacious and enjoys plenty of light. It is fully carpetted and comes with a fitted woodburner and large flat screen TV.
She has 3 large bedrooms and a modern fully equipped bathroom comprising of full height double shower, twin basins and electric toilet.
The woodwork throughout appears to be in very good condition (reflective of her age), as too the flooring and carpet throughout.
Of particular note...
- Upgraded engine (Canaline 70)
- 2.5 Sterling Inverter
- Vetus Hydraulic Steering
- 95kg Bowthruster
- Double glazing
- 2pac blacking with antifoul and salt water anodes
- Carpets
- Wrap around bow
- Stern cockpit cover
- Overboard discharge kit
- 9kw Webasto double radiators
- 12v lighting
- Waterproof COREtec engineered wooden flooring
- Grantite work tops in the kitchen
The engine has had minimal use; it is a closed cooling system which means she can be started whether in the water or out (perhaps during a low tide) . In addition to batteries providing power, the engine also serves as a form of generator and delivers power to appliances throughout the boat.
