Broker's Comments
Viewing this Fairline Squadron 52 was a real joy. Although she was built in 2000 she appears to be in an exceptional condition. The current owner only had her for a year during which he did an extensive refit, teak, carpets, and air conditioning. She also had an upgrade of her telecommunications system, new safety equipment, and a reconditioned generator.
Her layout is not common. She has two en-suite master suites and a smaller cabin opposite the galley which is currently used by the captain. There is also an extra crew cabin with 2 single berths and a toilet which can be accessed from the cockpit.
She has been equipped with a lot of gadgets including 5G Wifi, and a retractable saloon TV.
