Broker's Comments

This 35ft boat is perfect as a weekender or holiday boat and is easy to manoeuvre due to her size. Although small she has all the home comforts and the forward bench seating quickly drops down to make a snug double bed or two singles.

In the forward deck area the gas locker is in the bow and there are two plastic storage lockers for coal etc. As you enter through the double doors you arrive in the good size saloon area with built in bench seating that leads to a wall mounted saloon table and two foldaway chairs plus a television.

The compact galley has good storage, a 12v LEC fridge freezer, modern two burner hob, microwave, stainless steel sink drainer and built in Morco gas boiler which does require a service.

Next you arrive in the shower room with small corner wash basin and a portable Potti with spare cassette base.

Finally you arrive in the engine/storage are with various mooring tools, battery isolators, two tiller arms and various tiller pins and the helm controls and instruments.

In 2016 when the present owners bought her she was sand blasted from top to bottom, the hull was epoxy coated and the boat was professionally re-painted.
