Broker's Comments
This boat was built by Tosca Marine in Cape Town and the previous owner took 10 years to fit her out to their specification. The interior is fitted out with exotic woods such as Jacaranda to a high standard as he was a master carpenter. She was launched in 2005 and they were due to sail around the world. She was only sailed twice and due to personal circumstances was then taken out of the water until the current owner purchased her in 2010.
They bought the boat when it was in Durban South Africa and they completed works that the previous owner was unable to finish. They sailed to Cape Town where a new engine was fitted. Their journey took them to Gibraltar and the boat was kept in the Med for a year. Whilst there the hull was taken down to Gel coat and top sided, professionally spay painted with Awl Grip paint.
She was then sailed to the UK where she is currently moored, the owners are selling her because they are planning on buying a bigger boat to do some long term cruising.
