Broker's Comments
Here we have a tidy example of the Birchwood 33 centre cockpit cruiser. This example is presented in original gelcoat and has a lot to offer.
She is powered by twin Ford SABRE 109 engines that start and run readily and she has a large aft master cabin with ensuite facilities including hanging space and dresser and tv.
The central cockpit is spacious and comfortable and has plenty of seating and great visibility all round and superb entry and exit to the side decks each side. The saloon forward has a nice tidy dinette arrangement that converts to a double and well equipped galley to starboard with hob, grill and oven sink drainer storage cupboards, microwave and fridge. The main heads and shower is also to starboard. Fully forward is the double forward cabin that is roomy and comfortable and has the infills to convert from singles to a large double.
Heating, shore power and TV's complete the package of this tidy and cable cruiser. She has a valid Boat Safety Certificate and her Broads toll is paid.
